ATCO Group provides five $1,000 annual scholarships to Aboriginal students attending Aurora College in recognition of their continuous academic effort or to pursue developmental studies so they can go on to pursue additional educational opportunities. Both categories of this award are based on financial need and proven commitment to education and have been offered since 2005.  
  
ATCO Structures & Logistics also awarded two $1,000 scholarships in 2007 to students enrolled in University programs from the Fox Lake Cree Nation, near Winnipeg, Manitoba. These Scholarships are designed to encourage students to pursue and explore advanced education in the following disciplines: Commerce, Project Management, Environmental Studies, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Technical Trades and Aboriginal Studies – at any post-secondary institution across Canada.
