Senior Vice Presidents
Brian Andrews was appointed Senior Vice President, Commercial, ATCO Structures & ATCO Frontec in July 2008. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President & Controller of ATCO Frontec since August 2004. Brian joined ATCO in 1976 as an Assistant Rate Engineer with Canadian Western Natural Gas. His career at ATCO has included roles as Vice President, Operations and Controller, ATCO Noise Management, Vice President, Commercial, ATCO Pipelines and Vice President and Controller, Canadian Western Natural Gas.
Prior to his appointment at ATCO Frontec, Brian was Vice President, ATCO Ltd. and Canadian Utilities Limited and was seconded to ATCO I-Tek as Vice President, Finance.
Harish MohanSenior Vice President, International Finance & Group Controller, ATCO Structures & ATCO FrontecHarish Mohan was appointed Senior Vice President International Finance and Group Controller ATCO Structures and ATCO Frontec in July of 2008. Prior to that he had been Senior Vice President, International Finance & Group Controller since 2005 and has been with the ATCO Group of Companies since 1978. He has 30 years senior financial management experience and six years in operational audits, treasury functions and data processing environmental controls ATCO Structures Inc. and ATCO Noise Management.

He has also served as Senior Vice President, Finance & Controller (2004-05) with ATCO Power Ltd., where he was responsible for all financial functions including providing leadership in corporate finance, audit, tax planning, treasury, insurance and risk management, strategic planning and budgeting.
Michael Gervais was appointed Senior Vice President, Business Development in January 2006. Mike joined ATCO Frontec in July 2002 as Director, Business Development and was promoted to Senior Director, Business Development in March 2003 and then to Vice President, Business Development in January 2004. His focus continues to be on marketing activities relating to business development and management of domestic and international operations in the defence and natural resource sectors.
After a 31-year career with the Canadian Forces, he brings a great deal of expertise in the areas of logistics, supply-chain management, and operations. Mike graduated from the Royal Roads Military College and College Militaire Royale St. Jean with a Baccalaureate in Business Administration in 1975 and achieved a Master's Degree in Strategic Resource Management in 1998.
George Lidgett was appointed Senior Vice President, Operations of ATCO Frontec in July 2008. Prior to that, he joined ATCO Frontec as Vice President, Commercial & Construction in July of 2007. Based in Calgary, Alberta, George focused on construction of the Creeburn Lake Lodge in the Alberta oil sands, as well as commercial strategies for joint venture opportunities and new projects in Canada's north.
He joined ATCO in 1985 and has since held various positions with increasing responsibility with ATCO Pipelines and ATCO Gas. George is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists (APEGGA) and has served on several committees of the Canadian Gas Association. He is a past director of the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association, and is currently involved with the Executive Planning Group of the Western Energy Institute.
