In order to meet this commitment, ATCO Frontec’s Health & Safety Management System – a practical system of standards, procedures, and processes – defines how health and safety is managed here. All ATCO Frontec employees value their roles and responsibilities for maintaining a safe workplace.
Employee involvement, functioning health and safety committees, and training are the foundations for ensuring continuous improvement with respect to health and safety in our workplaces. ATCO Frontec encourages employees to raise concerns and report hazards so they can be addressed in a proactive manner. ATCO Frontec was recognized by Alberta’s Occupational Health and Safety Council (OHS) as a “Best Safety Performer” with exceptional records in workplace health and safety in 2006.
