Under an initial five year contract, starting April 2003, the ASU London project provides facilities and maintenance to a number of armouries and other military properties in southern Ontario for the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) and Defence Construction Canada (DCC). ATCO Frontec also assumed the operations and maintenance responsibilities for five additional armouries near North Bay, Ontario shortly following the initial contract award.

The armouries maintained for this project fall under the Canadian Forces Land Force Central Area. The properties near London are utilized by the 31 Canadian Brigade group and North Bay area properties are utilized by the 33 Canadian Brigade group.
