ATCO Frontec Property Management
ATCO Structures & Logistics sold its subsidiary, ATCO Frontec Property Management, to Harvard Developments in late 2006.
This division had over 20 years experience in comprehensive property and asset management services and, at the time of sale, managed over 1.6 million square feet of office and retail space in
Alberta
.
Complete building operation and maintenance services provided included, but were not limited to design, construction, and contract management of HVAC, janitorial services, security services, window cleaning, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, elevators, and office moves. All services were coordinated through a Call Centre, which dispatched service requests to the appropriate Building Operators.
