• Airside services - snow removal, grass cutting, grounds maintenance, runway maintenance, fence repair and wild life patrol
• Groundside services - building maintenance, roads and grounds maintenance, test airport lighting and security system
• Operation and maintenance of water/sewage plants, including water treatment and waste water treatment
• Roads function - operation and maintenance of miscellaneous equipment including dump trucks, graders and loaders

ATCO Frontec also assists with marketing initiatives through expanding the business capabilities of the airport and development and management of the airport’s capital program. This includes, but is not limited to, planning out the budget, developing a 5-year capital plan, developing ACAP (Airport Capital Assistance Program) projects, and administering small capital programs such as engineering studies.
