In late 2006, ATCO Frontec embarked on a journey to implement a Quality Management System (QMS) that complies with ISO 9001, demonstrating our continued commitment to customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and effective management practices. Our ultimate goal is to attain customer satisfaction through repeatable performance and continuous improvement – across all of our operations.

The ISO 9001:2000 standard is an internationally recognized quality management system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). To be certified to the standard, companies must implement a quality management system (QMS) embracing the activities of the company, from staff training to concentrating on customer requirements, the design and development of programs, the purchasing of materials and services and the delivery of the products and services. This is done using Plan-Do-Check-Act principles and Process Management, demonstrating the steps taken to provide the services pledged to our customers. Certification to ISO 9001:2000 reinforces to customers through an independent third-party, that ATCO Frontec operates a QMS in accordance with the standard.
